I haven't...I got a homebrew kit for Christmas. I haven't tried it out yet because I've been too busy to set aside the few hours it takes to actually brew it. It came with a mix called Everyday IPA. The stats are on the mix packaging. It looks like a few hours to brew it, two weeks for fermenting, then 2 more weeks aging in the bottles.<br /><br />Helped some friends bottle some beer they made at a brewpub down in VA. They told us to let that beer sit for a month before drinking it.
